Take the money and run ....

With the age of the internet, every company is becoming like a thief. They take your money in a snap without even a word with you. Just enter your card online and your money is gone. When it comes to giving the service is return, there is no one. If you are not getting your service, there is no one to help you. They have laid off all the people and installed some help software designed by minimum tech wage earners, that does not work. Your service does not work? no one is there. You like to call? no phone number available on site. You found a phone number somehow? no one answers. You somehow found someone answered? He/she will put you on hold for 2 hours, during which you lost two hours worth of your time and money for whatever you were supposed to utilise for, while they saved those money by not manning the line with enough people. You like to email? They will never respond - no one available to respond. You like to chat? No either their chat line is not manned or not working.  Do not hire enough people to give proper and quick service. If you complain, they will say "We are experiencing unusualy heavy call volumes ....."  and more and more lies. The whole internet things has become, take your money and run. Do not give service in return. Is that not what thieves and robbers do? Is there any difference between these companies and thieves and robbers? Why are we not treating these companies like criminals, which they have become. Why are we not treating the CEO's of this companies like thugs and criminals which they have become. Well, PayPal is not the only company doing that. It is a trend amongst all companies today. Paypal at least seemed like was a sane company even a year ago. But within just one year this company has started to follow those trends. Has become like a criminal company. Why don't people post the pictures of these CEOs on Youtube and label them as criminals. Let the world know who they are rather than them hiding in the corner office with millions of dollars in paycheck and bonuses and staying out of focus?
