Suspicious Emails

I have received a couple emails about my account that seemed suspicious. I login to my account and there are no alerts about my account. The emails also have a different layout than the normal ones I receive. Anyone else think so? Side note: when I originally clicked on "confirm your identity," my phone alerted me of phishy activity. paypal 2.jpgpaypal.jpg

Hi @melloyellow93,

Thank you for your post! If you received a suspicious email, it's always best to ignore any links and log in to your PayPal account in a fresh browser window without clicking any links, just as you did. Since you clicked the link, however, you may want to run a virus scan on your computer or device to be on the safe side.

Hi @kernowlass,

Images are typically reviewed very quickly after being posted. In a situation where they are not showing up in the community, especially so long after being posted, they very likely did not pass review due to some element of the image not meeting the rules and guidelines

I hope this helps!

Olivia
