Strange names in "Send (Money) Again?" and "Contacts"

I have only ever sent money to one person. Yet on the front page under "Send Again?" there is that person plus other strange people I don't recognize. And in my "Contacts" there is an entire page of strange people. 

I have changed my password. What else should I do?

How about buying? Have you bought a lot? 

You can delete contacts on by going to Send & Request page. Click Contacts in the submenu. Click on a contact and click delete.

Yes, I buy almost everything with Paypal. The odd thing was strange people were appearing under "Send Again?" Right next to the only person I have ever sent actual cash to. As in, "would you like to send more money to these strange people?"
