It appears that my friend is receiving texts from PayPal with a security code that expires in ten minutes please dont reply, however they don't have a PayPal account, for fun I tired requesting a dollar from them to see if I could since they never set up an account, it appears someone is attempting to use there number to set up an account, and they where wondering what they should do
