Setting up another Paypal account

Hello. I would like to know if I can set up another Paypal account, but linked to my primary account? Is that possible?

You are only allowed 2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

However you are allowed up to 8 email addresses on the x1 paypal account so you could use a different email address per business if you wanted to.
