Seller Id Cards/ Donation

Seller sent me link to pay but has /donate at end. To me this is a donation, am I correct? Also. going to take a picture of "PayPal ID card" To my knowledge, PayPal doesn't issue ID cards, am I correct? This smells, think they are trying to scam me
