Is anybody else worried that PayPal only covers purchases up to £100 because of Section 75

They don't, paypal has nothing to do with section 75.
Paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described regardless of price.
If however you do not win the dispute (read up on coverage in their user agreement for buyer protection) then you can pursue a claim in the small claims court if you want to.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thankyou I wonder if you are commenting outside the UK where Section 75 does apply and gives protection BUT THANKS for your advice.
