I got a text from someone claiming to be paypal, I haven't even logged into my PayPal in months so I'm not sure if it's scam or I'm being hacked, this is the text "Dear Customer, your PayPal "Bill Me Later" option has been activated as requested; with a credit line o[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] and will be credited by 10-06-2020. For further assistance reach us out a[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] Regards, Accounts Team."
@Kylebuck113 I can see it's a scam from the first 2 words. Dear Customer is not something PayPal uses. They would use first and last names. Also never use links in an email. PayPal would direct you to log in normally to check account issues.
