I keep getting messages from number +4[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]saying that 'unusual activity has been detected' on my PayPal account.
Can anyone tell me if this is a genuine message/number?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
