Refund fees

I accidentally sent a payment as goods and services instead of to a friend, and it was quite a lot of money. If they refund my payment they will be charged the transaction fee, and I will have to pay them back for it. Is there any way to fix this? The payment is already complete so I cannot cancel.

Sorry to hear the inconvenience may have cause you. 

Yes you are correct if they process the refund it will take time to get the money back to your account. 

If the money still on hold, you just need to click confirm receipt to release the funds. 

Here's how to confirm receipt log in to browser:

1. Click Activity at the top of the page.
2. Find and click the original payment for the item.
3. Click Confirm receipt.
4. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.

***Not all purchases require receipt confirmation.
