Using Craigslist, I am transacting with someone in the US. After communicating, he has sent me email that appears to be from Paypal, claiming that once reply to this email with a tracking number, my account will be credited. His correct name, address and the agreed upon amount are all correct. However, there are several typos in the email and the PayPal representative is someone I do not know. Is this email legitimate?
