Hello. I have an overseas vendor that is asking me to use PayPal to wire funds for a shipment. Their Paypal account evidently can't accept larger transfers. My question: Is there any assurance or paypal support I can receive if I use Paypal to wire the funds and the merchandise is not as expected?
