Hello,
I sent money through my Paypal account to a friend in need in Colombia. This person could not get the money since the only option the receiver bank offered to do so, it was to open a Commercial account. Not only it took a life for her to receive the money in the Paypal account I made her create, but, the time it took me to receive the money back in Canada from Colombia as she rejected to proceed with. Also, the fees I had to pay that are not refunding. I am so disappointed that I was not able to send the money to her and on top of that all the fees that Paypal charged me for the transactions and have been paid.
In these cases, I am wondering if you recommend to better send money through Western Union, Ria or others.
Please let me know if there is any way I can get those fees refunded.
