I am purchasing a saddle from someone in Australia. What PayPal protections do I have if they never send the saddle or it arrives damaged or not as expected? Also, I will be converting my U.S. dollars to Australian dollars to make the transaction, and I understand there are fees involved ($4.99 + .30 + 4.4%+ exchange fees). What else do I need to know? I am concerned about customs as well?
