I need help the coronavirus is stopping me from talking to costumer service ok well my problem is that my boyfriends boss sent money to him on my PayPal account well I couldnt find my PayPal card so I sent the money to his Gmail thinking we could just put money on his other prepaid card well he accepted the money on his unfinished PayPal account from awhile back he forgot the password and the phone number on the account to get the security pin is no longer his number and that is only option it was given me and I know I need to speak to someone costumer service but it's given me a message about coronavirus and not many employees working and it's not even letting me send a message to them to contact him back about helping him fix this big problem because it keeps just telling him he has to login to message costumer service but that makes no sense when that is part of the big problem so I tried explaining problem from my account just like me explaining all this from my account because it won't even let him ask community cuz you have to be login HELP PLEASE SOMEONE we really need help

We found my card so if we can get into his unfinished PayPal account to finish it so he can send it back to my account so he's able to get his money

Please login to your account and check the status of the payment you sent to your partner.
If the status is Completed, your partner has to reset his password.
If the payment is Unclaimed, login to your account and cancel the payment.

He did accept it but he could only do that from his email because he can't remember his password we already tried to reset his password by email but security keeps saying to send the pin to phone text and his PayPal account isn't updated with his new cell number and we can't contact customer service to update it once it's updated I can send security pin to new number change his password to get into account so he can finish setting it up to send money back to my PayPal because he don't have a PayPal card right now because he never finished setting it up so until he does we been using my PayPal account please HELP WERE GOING CRAZY I WANT TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR FIND A ANSWER TO HELP US WE HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING
