I need help the coronavirus is stopping me from talking to costumer service ok well my problem is that my boyfriends boss sent money to him on my PayPal account well I couldnt find my PayPal card so I sent the money to his Gmail thinking we could just put money on his other prepaid card well he accepted the money on his unfinished PayPal account from awhile back he forgot the password and the phone number on the account to get the security pin is no longer his number and that is only option it was given me and I know I need to speak to someone costumer service but it's given me a message about coronavirus and not many employees working and it's not even letting me send a message to them to contact him back about helping him fix this big problem because it keeps just telling him he has to login to message costumer service but that makes no sense when that is part of the big problem so I tried explaining problem from my account just like me explaining all this from my account because it won't even let him ask community cuz you have to be login HELP PLEASE SOMEONE we really need help
