you are trying to send me a text message to my land line. it cannot work.  all messages and codes should be sent via email.

No one here is sending you anything, this is a user to user advice forum and not customer services.

However if Paypal is sending you a text to confirm i.d. then you have to be able to receive a text, an email doesn't confirm anything.
