Hi
I am getting lots of "spam" angry emails from irate customers relating to a paypal account that I do not own.
Lets say I have the domain bob.com
and scammers are setting up paypal accounts using <Removed>
Then paypal does not validate the scammers own the above email addresses
and paypal allows the scammers to operate on those accounts.
Then I get all the emails from the domain I own bob.com
The same thing happens on ebay and they told me just to try to login and close the account.
I cannot do the same thing because the scammers have a phone number as two factor
and I do not have access to their phone.
Paypal - what are you going to do about it to stop me getting emails from irate customers wondering why bob hasn't sent them their stuff?
