How to recognize a company of burglars ?

Not just with hidden fees on transaction (hidden in the hundreds pages of terms and conditions)

Not just because paypal does not respect its own terms and conditions

Also because its community place is managed by a team which signs : "I do not work for Paypal. "

They are so shame to work for paypal that they pretend to preserve its e-reputation for free.
