I'm sorry to hear that there's confusion regarding the fees applicable in a transfer. Is this a payment sent, payment received, or withdrawal from your balance? Is there a currency conversion involved? If it's a payment, is it an international payment? These factors can combine to create the fees involved in various kinds of transfers.
