Paypal UPP or proof of postage or tracking number

got an email from what looked like <removed> and <removed>

and it says i need to send proof of postage or tracking number on a $920 item i sold. it wont let me add a tracking number on my transactions page, so what do I do

Please say the funds are SHOWING in your paypal balance but on hold and not that you are relying on an email to say paid?
