I'm selling my boat. The buyer has agreed to buy it sight unseen. I've sent him numerous pictures so he has a very good idea of what he's buying. He lives quite a distance from my home and asked if I could trailer the boat half way and we could complete the transaction. I'm willing to do that but want a safe way to receive the funds. First question; #1. Is there any cap on the amount of money transferred through PayPal?
#2. How quickly am I notified that the funds have been transferred? Am I notified on my phone?
#3. When he drives off with my boat can he cancel payment?
