Been trying for weeks to get PAYPAL on my website and use my business account. Followed all the instructions and kept getting bounced back. Used message centre and got back a copy of the same information. Asked twice more then was told needed to sign and post a DD form - that was not in previous instructions. Did that and a week later still no test payment. Went to Message centre and finally got to the end of the robot where is said do you want to pass this comment to a human to sort out. OK clicked yes. Now do security so click proceed which I did then nothing happened. Logges out and retried but I had an active message so added the same details again and still locked up at the end. Tried to start new conversation- no you have an active one.
So now I can't proceed- what do I do ?
