There are growing issues when it comes to use money collected through Paypal in My country. I've come up with a way to collect payments through Paypal in behalf of others, bill the clients and then pay the sellers vía bank transfer. Sellers will invoice our US company and we will bill the end clients for that service. Is this allowed by Paypal? There are a couple of services like that already running in the country, but they overcharge people. We would be interested in partnering up with Paypal to offer this solution. Please let me know if theres a way to handle this properly. Everything is according to central bank laws and US law, just lacking the information on how to figure ir out with Paypal. Thanks
