Payment on hold, but do not see the activity in account??

So I got an email from paypal saying my payment is on hold since I'm a new seller. 

However when I go to my paypal activity I don't see the buyer in my activity.

 

Why is that? Please help, thanks.

In the email, I got a transaction ID too but there's nothing in activity???
