I need to pay money to person that I don't know, if he send me invoice and I send him money, what should I do to make my money on "hold" until my package arrives. Thanks
You can't, any held payments are between paypal and the seller, normally if they are new etc, but you would not know if that was the case as you have no more buyer protection for held payments or if the funds were in the sellers bank account.
So read up on buyer protection so you can risk assess future sales.
