Dear All
I was testing the Payment on my woo commerce website. I have made the payment of 1 USD for demo purpose to purchase one product from Indian Credit Card. But I received 0.66 USD only in my Qatar PayPal account.
So PayPal has charged 34% which is much more. Can anyone clarify that how PayPal calculated the charges?

im wondering the exact same thing. usually paypal would take 3%+ a few cents, but today i sold something for $640 and received $611, which means they took far more than 3%. but the site says there are fee changes that should apply on august 2. im reading through the user agreement and of course they make it so vague. you'd think they'd just tell you "if you receive money through paypal goods and services, you pay x amount" but no they have to put all kinds of different fees all over the place and i cant add anything up to give me the percentage they took from me.
