Payer wants to ship to a different address

Don't own a shop, just made a craigslist post.  Buyer wants to purchase an item from me and he is located in AZ.  He wants to ship to his sister in Michigan.  This reeks of SCAM to me.  How would PayPal Seller Protection work for me?  Thanks in advance.
