PayPal without Bank Account

Is it possible to have paypal account to buy products and services online while I don't have a bank account in the country I live in currently? If yes please explain how.

Just add a debit or credit card to your paypal account and use that as your funding source.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
