People come up with a name of their choosing within PayPal's guidelines to put after "PayPal.me/". The link should not be "PayPal.me2" It should be PayPal.me forward slash 2. It has to have to the forward slash character "/" in between "PayPal.me" and the user chosen name.
The url when in the URL bar of your browser, has to start with "https://www.paypal.me/". Once a PayPal.me link is created, it can't be edited, it remains associated with that account forever.
Bottomline, if you feel uncomfortable using the link, either don't buy or ask for an email address to make payment to. Or, ask them to send a money request or a PayPal Invoice to your PayPal email address.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
