PayPal dispute

I was talking with a private seller and was paying them through PayPal.me I was wandering if I don't receive the items can I dispute the charge with a personal account?

As long as you ticked the option to make it a goods/services transaction when you paid then yes.

There was no option for me like that when I payed

What happens if I didn't?? Is there no way for me to get the money back? And also is there a way to see if I did tick it
