PayPal isn't responsible for notifying their customers with expired transactions and won't do a courtesy credit EVEN if they are in fault. I hate how paypal supervisors can't even keep their own word and try to brush it under the rug when their own representatives are at fault. PayPal are straight up thieves and poorly managed care. So much for monitoring our calls when they not even going to help out their customers at the end.
