The option of transferring PayPal balance via Xoom, to a store for pickup in Mexico is only giving me options to use my US bank and not my PayPal balance. I was able to a few days ago. When I asked Xoom why, they simply referred to PayPal. It’s a small amount. Please ask if my questions aren’t clearly understood. Any help is greatly appreciated.
