PayPal COVID 19 fail

How in the hell is giant financial company such a flop right now. They have damn near no way to contact them, I simply wanted to link my prepaid MasterCard bank account to my current PayPal. Nope won’t do it, doesn’t say why. I cancelled my prepaid card, said I was done with the account. Lo-behold they simply stated my card lost or stolen....account still active. So now the $1200 relief money is locked to that account and I cannot access it. ***bleep*** **bleep**. No one is on phones - gee never thought in all this **bleep** to have AT HOME customer service workers??!? Stupid ***bleep***
. Message system does not work on my iPhone....so 27% of phone users or apple in general may not be able to press “return” or done and send their message; it just stays in the typing box. Way to drop the ball paypal...so many simple measures.

Thank you for contacting the Community Forum. You might not be able to add the card because risk might be stopping you.

Did you try to add another card, have you 1.00 USD on the card when your trying to add the card.
