How in the hell is giant financial company such a flop right now. They have damn near no way to contact them, I simply wanted to link my prepaid MasterCard bank account to my current PayPal. Nope won’t do it, doesn’t say why. I cancelled my prepaid card, said I was done with the account. Lo-behold they simply stated my card lost or stolen....account still active. So now the $1200 relief money is locked to that account and I cannot access it. ***bleep*** **bleep**. No one is on phones - gee never thought in all this **bleep** to have AT HOME customer service workers??!? Stupid ***bleep*** . Message system does not work on my iPhone....so 27% of phone users or apple in general may not be able to press “return” or done and send their message; it just stays in the typing box. Way to drop the ball paypal...so many simple measures.
