I have a scout troop that would like to start using pay pal to manage its payments. I saw on their web site that there is a discounted flat fee for non-profits that have total transactions of less than $100,000.00. We will never get close to that. What I need to find out is what is the discounted flat fee? Does anyone have a link to the pay pal rate card for small non-profits?
