Dear PAYPAL

I do not understand what is the real problem.

First,
I uploaded the LOA. 
Secondly,
After I want to upload the company statement but the Paypal not allowed that.

We are from Hungary, we are a NONPROFIT COMPANY, we want to receive charity.
And the PAYPAL is uncorrect with us!
