i am very new to paypal,actually just trying out my first transaction shopping online. Merchant has a paypal option which I have clicked on, which redirects me to paypal which gives me this message- Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.
Why?
My account is linked to y card which has been veirfied by paypal. What am I doing wrong?
