I received an email today saying that my account has been restored. The preview text for the email says "thank you for verifying your identity" but then the actual email says "We've verified your identity and lifted any limitations on your account. You're back on track." Just wondering what's going on.
it doesn't look like a phishing email, it looks exactly like any normal PayPal email. There no weird links or anything I can find.
