How can I change my nationality in my PayPal account by mistake when I was making this account I put wrong information

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You can't change a paypal account from one country to another unfortunately.
