My account isn't right!

For some reason i have a business account and paypal takes fees from personal transfers between myself and friends/family but I'm not a business

If you mean the account you are posting with then you have a personal account.

However its only free to send family/friends payments if they are funded from your bank account, if you use a credit card then there is a fee.

Money is being sent from bank to bank and still having 70p + taken from it

I'm sorry to hear about the confusion regarding payments being sent. Is it possible the funds are being sent as Goods & Services payments?
