I've sent the $1500, by western union, thats what paypal said to do. but i havnt recieved the money

Please refrain from making any further payments, as this is not a legitimate PayPal correspondence. Please read the following guide Phishing.  In this case, as you have already sent a large amount via Western Union, I would suggest you contact your local Police or online fraud agency ACORN.
