Firstly why is it impossible to contact this oragnisation? They send you round in circles and never able to contact anyone.

Paypal have deducted from my account (placing it in arrears) 5 x THB 1,500 payments from a regular customer who never even lodged a dispute.

I have just messaged him and he never disputed the payments. On top of this I have been charged a dispute fee of THB 250 per dispute.

I am at why wits end with this somewhat criminal organisation. And as for your wokeness and pandering to the BLM, LGBT movements lets just say "Get woke, go broke" PayPal are a disgrace. Ridiculous fees, unanswerable to anyone.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
