Money on Hold past the date of availability

 Sold my item, they've received it, tracking was added also. Ebay said the funds would be cleared on the 27th, it's now the 30th, what's going on ?!?!

You would need to ask Ebay if its an Ebay transaction.

Ebay authorise the release of the payments to Paypal.
