Why would I have to keep buy gift cards to send to PayPal in order to get my money? I feel like I’ve been scammed they gave some excuse that it’s because My account is a personal one and not a business one??

PayPal does not ask you to buy gift cards to receive a payment. You're being scammed with spoof/fake PayPal emails claiming this. If you do not see money, you have not been paid. Even if payment is on hold, you will still see record of payment if someone REALLY paid.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
