Mobile app problem

The app will not open on my mobile phone despite having the most up to date version.

Also having same issue with Paypal Here App, have uninstalled and reinstalled latest version from App Store.

Running on ipad with IOS 13.6.1

The App opens, then allows you to enter username and password, security challenge then closes and returns you to IOS. No messages or hint of what is wrong.

Please would someone in support post the solution as unable to take card payments from customers in front of me.

Tried on different phone as well but still didn’t work

The app keeps crashing and I tried different Android phones and re-installing.  Has anyone found a fix for why the app is crashing this week?  I can't login to accept CC payments on my reader.
