Meliscious email

I got an email from a address and it looked suspicious and I was wondering is it is valid or is a scam and if any others have gotten it the address is (it didnt let me put an email here)  Let me know

How are we supposed to know if you have not given us any idea of content?

It did not let me put in the email but it was ignoring the _ the email was p_a_y_p_a_l@m_a_i_l.p_a_y_p_a_l_._c_a It didnt let me put it in so remove all the _ and that's the email
