I see this notice that I need to confirm my browser update, but have no idea how or what to do about it. The instructions are not very clear and if i open internest explorer all I get is a blank page. I'm not sure what my browser is and don't know how to find out.

Open IE, click on Help, click on About Internet Explorer.

(If you're using Windows 10, there a good chance you're OK assuming you're getting the latest updates. )
