Live chat Unavailable

Am trying to chat to somone as their email help is just copy and paste bumpf and a waste of time, but when I try to click live chat it’s forever unavailable.

i can see no where that states hours of availability or opening times, so what gives?

is there a direct link I can use to get live chat?

i tried selecting differing issues options thinking it may just be a dud link for what I need, but no matter what I try it’s constantly greyed out and ‘unavailable’

please advise, it’s quite urgent I get my issue resolved today

Chat haven’t been working since friday. I had tried to and there is nothing to do. Just call or email. Paypal is doing bad this days

Are you serious?

their email is a copy and paste joke and I am unable to use voice call... this is a must absolute joke.

tried tweeting them for a quicker answer and they tried telling me ebay are holding the funds which is BS as they have nothing to do with PayPal anymore(plus I already checked with them as their online chat works)

paypal places the hold on my funds, not eBay, so PayPal need to fix it(i’ve Sent them proof even though the payment with PayPal included updated/corrext tracking so they already have said proof)

what a joke but sadly these guys have the monopoly as we HAVE to offer PayPal for eBay sale *sigh*

would rather go back to chq at this rate if am honest.

thanks for your reply. Your much more helpful than PayPal are being right now
