Linked card

How do i identify which acct profile is my card linked to...i tried to add my card and its saying card is linked to another profile..

Well as you are only allowed a max of 2 paypal accounts and only then if 1 is personal and the other 1 is business and as you are posting with your personal account then i guess it must be on your business one?
