just need to vent. Tbh PayPal and Covid-19 have not been the best 2 things. Literally no phone, email and chat support takes 2-3 days for a few line general responses. I literally sell kids toys and I’m a certified reseller. My accounts been limited since I started and received first payment smh. I’ve since submitted all documentation, including invoices from my suppliers to support. It’s still pending and taking ages to remove. Now I hope PayPal doesn’t just skip over me like I’ve been reading every story about never using them again. All my paperwork is legit and this is a complete nightmare knowing I have almost 2k locked in a pandemic. At this point I just want everything to open back up, I’m completely fed up with a bank not having phone support. It’s just beyond me.

And to add insult to injury, I’m self employed and this is my primary income source at the moment.
